1. Payment information

Petish.eu store accepts all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express + Paypal payments - all through Paypal system. You don't have to be registered to PayPal in to complete your order.

The process is very easy. Once you confirm the order in Petish.eu store you are automatically redirected to Paypal site where you have the option to proceed as a registered Paypal member or complete the payment as a "guest", enter your credit card data and follow the on-site instructions. If uncertain of the success of your payment please email us at info@petish.eu

2. Minimal order is 20 EUR

We have set up this store with minimum amount that has to be met in order to complete the purchase? It's 20€.

We went the extra step and enabled everybody to have free shipping if ordered amount is higher. This way we're saying we appreciate your big order and want to give back to you.  Amount of free shipping is different from country to country. 

3. Shipping & Delivery

Petish.eu offers international delivery to the countries in the table below.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery time depends upon your distance from wearhouse. Typical delivery time is 2-4 working days.

If the products selected by the customer are not available at the time the order is placed, Petish.eu will inform the customer upon receipt of the order.

4. Privacy & Security

At Petish.eu store / company we are committed to respecting your privacy and we agree to honor your right to privacy and will not share your information with other marketers and/or third party companies, persons, etc.
Should any outbreak of your information leak, or you feel your rights have been violated, contact us immediately!

All we will ever do with the data entered when you complete the order is that we'll use your e-mail address to notify you of our activities (with our newsletter you will receive updates, new product information, discounts / coupons, special offers, etc). The scheduled newsletter sending is approximately once a month.

We honor your time being with us and shopping in our e-store, so we don't want to push it too far. We know you'll keep coming back because of our great offer and quality products, so interfering with your private life with too much e-mails sent to you is a no-no for us!

5. Returns & Replacements

Did you receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you like more. Send an email to info@petish.eu, describe (attach a photo) the damage to the product and we'll take it from there.

Did you receive the wrong product?

We gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases, and usually we also give you something for free, just to show you sending the wrong products isn't something we do on purpose. Shipping charges from you to us are not refundable though. Send an email to info@petish.eu, describe the mix-up, and we'll do the rest.
